KAS reviews tomorrow the DP's complaints about the elections in Berat,

The Complaints and Sanctions Commission will hold a public session tomorrow, Thursday, May 29, 2025, where the agenda includes the review of three complaint requests filed by the Democratic Party-Alliance for Greater Albania Coalition, regarding the results of the May 11 parliamentary elections in the Berat, Gjirokaster and Vlora Regions.

At 10:00, the KAS will review appeal request no. 38, which requests the invalidity of the elections in the Berat region and their repetition. The appellants oppose the CEC decision No. 1319, dated 22.05.2025, for the approval of the final result in this region.

Next, at 12:30, the KAS will handle appeal request no. 40, which has the same object of objection to the CEC decision no. 1318 on the results of the votes in the Gjirokastër region. In this case too, the DP requests the invalidity of the elections and their repetition in the entire region.

Meanwhile, at 15:00, the KAS will review the appeal request no. 39, for the elections in the Vlora region. The appeal has as its object the decision No. 1316 of the CEC, also requesting the invalidity of the process and the holding of new elections. /CNA
