The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, has announced that 92 apartments have been given to new families of police officers. During a press conference, Balla said that the beneficiaries are spread throughout the country. 

He added that with the start of the new year, applications for 300 more places will be opened. 

"We care about increasing the standard of living of police officers and improving the service conditions of every police officer, from financial conditions to housing conditions when they serve outside their residence or create new families, without forgetting from today the final systematization of all the families of policemen killed in the line of duty, whose children are our children. We are addressing the housing problem, starting today with the first 92 flats, which are being given to new families of police officers", u says Balla.

The minister underlined that there will also be a significant salary increase for State Police employees./ CNA
