Petro Beleri, the son of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri, has spoken about the court case against his father.

Petro Beleri told the media that he has received a lot of support from citizens regarding his father's legal battle.

He stated that the elected mayor of Himara is cold-blooded in nature and is waiting for the court's decision.

"When I was in Tirana, all the people who were there supported us and looked at us emotionally. Everyone was telling us what this thing is like. Everyone knows what's going on.

My father is cool-headed and is waiting for the Court to issue the decision, he is waiting for the procedures and developments that will be carried out. He is fine with his health at the moment", said Petro Beleri./ CNA
