Former deputy interior minister and member of the National Council of the Democratic Party, Avenir Peka, has stated that Prime Minister Edi Rama and the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, will have problems with justice before the 2025 parliamentary elections.

During an interview with the moderator, Erla Mëhilli, Peka said that the corruption of the majority is still greater and, according to him, socialist politicians will have a hard time escaping prison.

"The internal problems of the Socialist Party have not started yet.
