The socialist deputy, also known as the "earthquake" of file 184, Damian Gjiknuri mocked the Albanians during the plenary session in the Assembly while discussing Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement on salary and pension increases.

While justifying the prime minister and attacking all the critics for their statements about Rama's promise, Gjiknuri said that with this vital minimum income, no one dies in Albania.

" You are angry because the prime minister declares that the pensioners will receive compensation. The old man comes out and says that he is going against the electoral code. You create cacophony.
