"Excellent sleeper", serial loser, Lulzim Basha has submitted to the Council of Europe the resolution for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Since for about 9 years in a row he invested in the destruction of the DP, he recently requested the creation of an international fund where the assets of the Russian Federation would be deposited and serve to finance infrastructure reconstruction projects in Ukraine.

The responsibility for the crimes and damage caused in Ukraine by Russia's unprovoked aggression lies with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and he must pay for it.

Ndërkohë që Gjykata Penale Ndërkombëtare ka lëshuar urdhër arresti për Putin, duke e akuzuar për krime lufte, tashmë Rusia duhet të paguaj për rindërtimin e Ukrainës së shkatërruar nga bombardimet ruse.

Sipas të drejtës ndërkombëtare, Federata Ruse ka detyrimin për të kompensuar Ukrainën, qytetarët, sipërmarrjet dhe qeverinë e saj, për dëmet e shkaktuara nga aktet e paligjshme të Federatës Ruse Këto detyrime përcaktojnë detyrën e vendeve të treta për të garantuar që asetet sovrane të Federatës Ruse që ndodhen nën juridiksionet e tyre të vendosen në dobi të Ukrainës si dhe për të krijuar një tribunal ndërkombëtar kompensimi për të siguruar që dëmet e shkaktuara nga Rusia të dëmshpërblehen në përputhje me normat ndërkombëtare, jurisprudencën dhe parimet e vendosura të kontabilitetit.

Through this resolution published on the official website of the Council of Europe, which is supported by representatives of all parliamentary groups, it is requested:

Creation of an international fund where the assets of the Russian Federation will be deposited to pay for infrastructure projects in Ukraine;

Transfer of frozen capital of the Russian Federation to the international fund;

Establishing a compensation tribunal to adjudicate, in accordance with established judicial norms, claims submitted by Ukraine on behalf of individuals, entities and governmental bodies, or directly by its individuals and entities, as shall be provided by the rules of the tribunal. / CNA.al
