"Excellent sleeper", serial loser, Lulzim Basha has submitted to the Council of Europe the resolution for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Since for about 9 years in a row he invested in the destruction of the DP, he recently requested the creation of an international fund where the assets of the Russian Federation would be deposited and serve to finance infrastructure reconstruction projects in Ukraine.

Establishing a compensation tribunal to adjudicate, in accordance with established judicial norms, claims submitted by Ukraine on behalf of individuals, entities and governmental bodies, or directly by its individuals and entities, as shall be provided by the rules of the tribunal. / CNA.al
