Investment in Zvërnec/Balla: The project on private property, 100% respects nature

The Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, reacted this afternoon regarding the Zvërnec issue.

Through a post on social media, Balla emphasizes that the project will be developed entirely on private land.

According to Balla, this project includes hospitality, services and recreation and fully respects nature.

"The 4 billion euro investment in Zvernec is entirely on private land.

The documentation confirms that for each of the 5 plots there are relevant development and purchase agreements worth 225 million Euros.

Their owner is the company "Albania Land Development" sh.pk

The transfer of ownership was carried out legally after verifications by all competent institutions.

"Zvërnec Peninsula is a multifunctional development project that includes hotels, services and recreation and that respects 100% nature," Balla writes./CNA
