Prime Minister Edi Rama has been invited to a conversation at the new international forum "Berlin Global Dialogue".

The number one of the government has spoken about the integration of Albania in the EU. He stated that the EU has its own problems and is influenced by the policies of the member states, and without their consensus it cannot make a decision on the membership of another state.

Rama stated that he was often traumatized by the process of opening negotiations.

He said that one day Albania will marry the EU, but when we cannot say, he cannot set a date.

" The EU has its own problems in a difficult decision-making process. An influence of domestic policies in the member states as consensus is needed for any decision.

It seems to us that being patient because of our dramatic history, we have seen BE as a psychologist and we see that the psychologist is himself traumatized.

Sometimes we come to the help of the psychologist. We can't talk about dates. We are at peace with ourselves. We have to do our homework. I believe that the EU is an extraordinary resource in the recognition of the state.

We are blessed to have this EU, which is a source of information. To be able to use this knowledge to run a modern state for our children, that is the goal.

We do not know whether we are members today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

I have sometimes felt traumatized by the process of opening the process for negotiation.

We will get married one day, but we don't know if it will happen tomorrow. Imagine how unconditional our love is, while on the other hand we have love with conditions, but we don't want to know it", said Rama./ CNA
