Erion Veliaj, prej pesë vitesh, u merr qytetarëve të Tiranës, pa TVSH, 28 euro për ton mbetjesh. Në një kohë kur kontrata e firmosur me kompaninë Gugallja-Rama-Veliaj, thotë se plehrat për depozitim do paguhen me 12 euro toni.
