Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has made accusations, as he spoke about the review of the Democratic Party's statute in the Court of Appeal.

In a meeting with the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, and with intellectuals, Gjokutaj said that the delay by the Court of Appeal has brought colossal damage.

According to him, this delay is programmed and the way the case went to Appeal shows the moral corruption of the judges and the involvement of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

He claims that our judges are dishonest, falsifiers, who read the law but do not write it.

“Është shumë e rëndësishme që të zhvillohet gjykimi në Apel sepse ajo është një anë formale, por tregon forcën e ligjit, të drejtat që ka PD sot. E llogaris një dëm kolosal vonesën nga gjykata. Është vonesë e programuar, jo pa dashje. Të mos harrojmë që presim zgjedhjet lokale. Synimi është që të vazhdohet me një koalicion, me një emër. Forca juridike e PD të tregojë forcën e ligjit. Ne kemi gjyqtarë pa integritet, kemi gjyqtarë falsifikatorë, gjyqtarë që e lexojnë ligjin, por nuk e shkruajnë ligjin. Duhet të përgatitemi për këtë situatë sepse edhe brenda PD ka njerëz që presin Apelin. Certifikimi i PD në Apel, flitet për vullnet shumice këtu. 7 korriku ka kosto për t’u mbajtur, 7 korriku nuk mbahet me jehonë, por me veprime konkrete.
