Former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani

The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, made a call to the Court of Appeal today from the meeting of the chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, with intellectuals.

Manjani demanded that the Court of Appeal give the decision on the fate of the Democratic Party as soon as possible.

He emphasized that the DP should be formalized an hour earlier, and the court should have the necessary courage to judge the story as soon as possible.

"Kam dëshirë t’i bëj thirrje Gjykatës së Apelit Tiranë të mbajë vetëm një premtim që e ka bërë vetë në një deklaratë publike ku kërkonte që mos të kishte presion për të gjykuar. PD duhet të formalizohet një orë e më parë, është shumë vonë, nuk ka kuptim kjo histori. Merreni atë vendim dreqi e mori, mbylleni këtë histori.

Nuk e di çfarë duhet bërë më shumë se sa kaq. Edhe Alibej-Basha ka kërkuar të gjykohet shpejt kjo çështje. Kjo është çështje e interesit publik. Të sqarohet një orë e më parë, jo se ka problem përfaqësimi se e ka treguar populli. Gjykata e Apelit Tiranë, të ketë kurajon e nevojshme për të gjykuar sa më parë historinë, që s’besoj se meriton as gjykim, deklaroi ish-ministri.
