The head of OSCE-ODIHR observers, Lamberto Zannier, has spoken about the campaign with dirty money and vote buying.
He stated that if there are any cases that are identified during their mission, they will be reported and highlighted in their election report.
"The monitoring will be done depending on what the situation is on the ground and what has been implemented in the previous recommendations in this campaign. We need to see if we have some kind of model of democracy," said Lamberto Zannier.
"I wanted to add that this is a big challenge in many countries. We look at the legislation from the perspective of whether it goes to transparency and accountability and see how much it is implemented. Another level is the management of campaign reporting," said Mark Stevens./ CNA
