The leader of the Socialist Party in the Tirana region, Ogerta Manastirliu:

We have been together for an extraordinary campaign with the people for the people in every corner of Tirana, we have been in every street, every neighborhood in every neighborhood of Tirana to present our ambitious plan for an EU member Albania. We have shared the good work done in 12 years. We have knocked on every door and criticism, more and more citizens will continue to join us for the work we will do in the next 4 years towards a European Albania. Tirana has spoken in this campaign through the voices of voters for the first time. Tirana has spoken with citizenship and intelligence with faith in the future of European Albania with Edi Rama and the Socialist Party.
