Fatmir Mediu: We are in open conflict with Iran, national security must be analyzed

Former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu

The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, warned that Iran will not stop its terrorist activity against Albania and the mujahedin sheltered in our country.

In the show Now with Erla Mehilli, Mediu said that after the decision to cut off diplomatic relations, our country is in open conflict with Iran and national security is at risk.

"This considers us as states in open conflict with Iran, that we have sheltered the Iranian resistance. But Iran's actions are coordinated by China and Russia," Mediu said.

He said that in Albania there is a large network of people sponsored by the Iranian government who make propaganda for the Islamic government and against the MEK opposition sheltered in Albania.
