This time, in a television studio, Salianji said that not only has he been one of the most influential figures in the Korça Democratic Party, but he has also borne the brunt of the cost, even going so far as to consider all the losses suffered in several consecutive elections as victories.

All these absurd statements, at a time when Salianji is known as a serial loser of the DP in Korça, with extremely poor results, which lead him far down in the CEC ranking chart for this district.

The DP, in 2021, but also in the 2017 elections, did not receive a satisfactory number of votes, and after Salijanj's candidacy, it fell even worse.

"I am a member of the Presidency of the DP, I have kept costs down and I am one of the figures in the DP who have seen how it is won. I won in 2021 in Korça, I also won in Kavaja. In Korça, it was the best result in 2017. The list of representatives has lost heavily in the elections. I have seen that the DP has been in a lethargic sleep. I have expressed all my concerns at the Presidency meeting. After I came out of isolation, I was at the Presidency of the DP and I said: since the elections were stolen, let's take to the streets. The opposition has an obligation to protest as a form of reaction in September; they did not go out to protest. Only after I started the movements, the DP went out on the ground and started competing.
