Rama proposed it/ Begaj decrees Vlora Hysen as director of SHISH

Vlora Hyseni

President Bajram Begaj has decreed the appointment of Vlora Hysen as head of the State Information Service.

At the head of SHISH, Hyseni was proposed a few days ago by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Previously, she was director of foreign relations at the Kosovo Intelligence Agency.

In February 2019, she was appointed deputy director at KIA. Hyseni also led the Kosovo Intelligence Agency for four months, from December 2020, when director Kreshnik Gashi was dismissed, until April 2021, when the new director was appointed.

But on June 30, 2021, she was dismissed by President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti, who announced that she must hand over the tools and materials she had in storage.
