Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha

This Monday at 09:00 a.m. a court session has been scheduled in the GJKKO Appeal for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, regarding the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex.

The appeal of GJKKO is expected to decide for Berisha, after appealing the security measure "obligation to appear".

Also, at 10:00 this Monday, the former prime minister will have to appear according to the ordinance, at SPAK.

But Berisha has stated that he will not go to SPAK, as he considers the procedure followed against him as unconstitutional.

Earlier, the Special Court officially sent a letter to the Assembly informing it that Berisha will be interrogated on the issue of the former "Partizani" complex.

The Special Court has imposed the obligation to appear for the former prime minister for the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex, as he is accused of passive corruption.

The chief democrat will have to appear twice a month at the BKH, but so far he has never gone.

For this file under investigation, which is in the hands of SPAK, his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, was also arrested, who is accused of active corruption.
