43 MPs engaged in a battle without return/ Berisha: Rama has denied them the
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, during the conversation with his followers on social networks, announced that 43 opposition MPs have engaged in battle after Prime Minister Edi Rama has confirmed that he is a dictator who does not respect laws, votes and the constitution.

Berisha said that the deputies are determined to fight a battle without return as Rama is removing the main pillar of the opposition's mission, denying them the right to set up investigative commissions.

The former prime minister says that until today Rama has denied the opposition MPs the establishment of 8 investigative commissions.

" Today, the main issue I wanted to discuss with you is related to the dictatorial acts of Edi Rama, unprecedented in 32 years, acts with which Edi Rama publicly confirms the establishment of the dictatorship of the gangs in Albania, confirms only a dictator who does not respect laws, votes, the constitution who has concentrated everything in his hands. These are not political statements but dramatic truths first of all for every Albanian citizen.

Today 43 MPs of the opposition have engaged in a battle without return in the parliament for the most unimaginable fact that Edi Rama has ordered the confiscation of their basic political rights that stem from your vote given by the constitution to protect your interests. By denying MPs the right to the legislative process of presenting laws, and amendments must follow a normal parliamentary process. It de facto removes the main pillar from the mission of the opposition MPs. Edi Rama went even further and denied the opposition MPs the right to set up investigative commissions. Rama has denied the establishment of 8 parliamentary committees.

These parliamentary investigative commissions have at the epicenter of the investigation Rama's family personally, Rama's ministers and Rama's oligarchs. These commissions aim to present to the Albanians how the country's constitution is broken and how Edi Rama's supporters get rich contrary to the provisions of the constitution," Berisha said./ CNA
