In a statement to the media from the blue headquarters, the Regional Coordinator for Tirana in the Democratic Party, Klevis Balliu, denounced that the head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, gives ECO Tirana and Ndragheta millions of euros for cleaning, but the trash bins are full.

Balliu has also published a document in which according to him the Municipality of Tirana gave "ECO Tirana" a full 1.5 million euros for the cleaning of Tirana only for the month of June.

He underlined that a second payment was made on the same day, where 743 thousand euros were given to the same company.

Balliu called for citizens to participate in the 21st protest that will take place in front of the Tirana City Hall for the thefts in this institution.

Erion Veliaj, with the guarantee he received from his colleagues in the judiciary, continues without interruption the abuses and theft of money from citizens with ECO TIRANA of Ndragheta.

The photo shows how in one day Veliaj gives ECO Tirana a full 1.5 million euros for the cleaning of Tirana only for the month of June.

And a second payment on the same day, 01.08.2024, also donates 743 thousand euros to ECO Tirana, which it raised with the Ndragheta company for the same service.

These figures are unjustifiable, it is enough to see that the same service for the same territory from the same company for the same time frame differs by almost twice the cost, so one payment is 1.5 million euros and the other 734 thousand euros.

These abusive figures that are so high are also unjustifiable because Tirana, in every international report, such as the WHO report, where it was found that the pollution particles were 90 times higher than the allowed rate.

So, while the garbage cans are full in the morning and afternoon, except for those bins near the government villas, citizens pay staggering figures for cleaning.

Where is SPAK in this case that does not investigate the payments made to ECO Tirana?

Why does SPAK not look at and investigate unjustified payments? Why does SPAK not investigate the abuse of citizens' taxes?

Or do colleagues not investigate colleagues?

Every time Erion Veliaj is denounced with evidence and facts, SPAK takes vacations or arrests some wretch of the government.

When will the source of affairs, the source of the constant theft of Albanian citizens be addressed?!

Therefore, dear citizens, when justice does not exist, it is the duty of the citizen revolt to hold the corrupt rulers accountable.
