The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, called for strikes during his speech at the night protest, on "Mustafa Matohiti" street.

Berisha said that the citizens should escalate the protests and go to civil disobedience or strikes.

He addressed the citizens with the expression "let's die, let's live for freedom".

"Our test is the biggest, the most difficult, but it is the noblest, the most sacred in the entire existence of the DP.

Will this party overthrow the dictatorship of crime and drugs or will it sign its facade to steal mandates from Albanian citizens again?

Civil disobedience, strikes, hunger strikes, protests, all forms, let us die, let us live for freedom. We should never forgive the vote!
