Denunciation/ Judge Ilirjana Olldashi is being threatened to favor Veliaj

The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, in a statement to the media, stated that the Appeals Judge of the Criminal Court of Kosovo Ilirjana Olldashi is being threatened with messages to favor Erion Veliaj and his criminal group.

"Yesterday's paramilitary presence of Veliaj's mercenaries, inspired by Edi Rama's hateful and threatening language, was not only a test of strength and intimidation against prosecutor Dado, who emerged from the barricade of fear, but also against Appeals Judge Ilirjana Olldashi.

Our informal sources inform us that messages, both seductive and threatening, have begun to be sent to Judge Olldashi, in order to favor Erion Veliaj and his criminal group and to circumvent the law, as has been done many times for the latter's mega-affairs, including the Tirana Phantom Incinerator and the 5D criminal affair.

The Democratic Party calls on honest prosecutors and judges to resist and contribute to establishing a justice system that does not look left or right, but only the heart and essence of the law.

"This has been our constant principle, and on this principle we are ready to build a new and long-term relationship with justice. Without interfering in its affairs, but without allowing it to become a party to the government, even our government tomorrow," Këlliçi said./ CNA
