New details have emerged from the GJJKO decision against Erion Veliaj and Ajola Xoxa, following the hearing held against them today.
The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime ordered the continuation of the security measure "Arrest in prison" against Erion Veliaj, provided for by Article 238 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, determined by decision No. 7, dated 09.02.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.
The GJKKO decided to replace the personal security measure "House arrest" imposed on Ajola Xoxa, with the personal security measure "Prohibition of leaving the country" and "Obligation to report to the judicial police" provided for by articles 233 and 234 of the Criminal Procedure Code. It is ordered that the person under investigation Ajola Xoxa appear before the judicial police officers AH, SG, RN and BK, on ??the first and third Friday of each month, at 11:00. /CNA
