Begaj është pritur nga Presidenti në ikje, Ilir Meta, i cili do t’i dorëzojë stafetën.
Mes shtrëngimeve të duarve dhe përqafimeve, Meta dhe Begaj kanë hyrë në ambientet e Presidencës.
Sipas axhendës, pritet të luhet Himni Kombëtar dhe të gjuhet 21 herë me top.
