The political leader of the Democratic Party for Shkodra, Luciano Boçi, has conveyed a message to the citizens of Shkodra.

Boçi addressed the citizens, telling them not to be fooled by the position of the star that was once on the forehead, today it is on the chest, and not to be fooled by the passport that was once golden and now silver.

"Be convinced that we here have spoken to you with our faith, with our mind, but above all, we have spoken to you with our heart and soul. We have gone everywhere and with us we have carried the image, the pain of our people who have crossed the Channel."  

We have seen the youth who want to flee no matter where because of Rama. We have seen the farmer who curses his profession because of Rama, we have seen the image of the persecuted who still feels persecuted today. We must say stop to the great evil.
