Bido outside the procedure, Peleshi "slaps" the deputy: He is repeating the same thing

Discussions and debates on the genocide in Kosovo continue in the plenary session. Socialist MP Ardit Bido took the floor for a minute before being interrupted by the Speaker of the Parliament, Niko Peleshi. The latter stopped Bido from speaking, telling him that he was speaking out of procedure and repeating the same things.

Bido: We continue to hear in today's session that the KLA leaders who are being held in The Hague are being unjustly accused of genocide in Serbia. We are hearing an accusation that even the Serbs did not make. This is unacceptable.

Peleshi:  You are repeating the same thing. You are turning the procedure into a political debate.
