Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, during the presentation of the report on his declaration "non grata" by Great Britain, emphasized that Home Office documents show three sources. 

According to Berisha, these sources are the Open Society Foundation of Soros, media such as BIRN, Balkan Insight, as well as political opponents, Edi Rama, Erion Veliaj, Lulzim Basha.

Berisha's full statement:

Home Office documents show three sources. The first source is the Soros Open Society Foundation. The third and last source are the accusations of my political opponents, Edi Rama, Erion Veliaj, Lulzim Basha.

But the Home Office says that these are accepted from the case of Fatjon Dauti, a man I have never met and do not know. A little later, the Home Office states that it has not been able to prove that Berisha is related to Daut. They are unbelievable, but they are real.
For your information, Fatjon Dauti is a supporter of DP and more than a supporter of Lulzim Basha. I have never met him.
The second case, Damir Fazlliç. According to the Home Office, I defended him when the facts came out about his incrimination. The sources are BIRN, Balkan Insight, Reporter.al of the superspeculant Soros. Fazllic has never been indicted in Albania, USA or any other country. Regarding him, evidence of incriminating activity has never emerged in Albania during the time I was prime minister or later.
After an investigation started by Ina Rama, it was found that Fazllic had not violated any law. At one point, when he was going to the airport, the prosecution requested his arrest without issuing an arrest warrant. No citizen can be arrested without a warrant. When the prosecution asked him to appear, he came and the prosecution concluded that he had not broken any law.
The third, my connection with the gangs of Elbasan. Source, Lulzim Basha. In this case too, Ambassador King-Smith forwarded a defamation of the former DP chairman. He declared in November 2022 that Berisha is collecting signatures for the meeting of the National Assembly with the help of Suel Çela. I replied, but corruption makes you suffer from memory loss.
