LaCivita: They were as corrupt as Edi Rama's government. In my eyes and in my opinion, and these are not issues that I don't discuss in the United States because that's not my role, but from my point of view and one of the reasons I'm here is because that persona non grata declaration was so corrupt that it has no legitimacy at all, at least in my eyes.

LaCivita: I do not speak on behalf of the United States government, I cannot speak on behalf of the State Department, I am here to make sure that the conservatives and the Democratic Party will have the opportunity to challenge Edi Rama's 12 years of failure and these things will be resolved over time.

Fevziu: A few months ago you said that Mr. Berisha is a great friend of the United States. Do you still think the same?
