The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has raised strong accusations against the Government from the floor of the Assembly.
Berisha said that the Government has promised Italy that they will vote for the world exhibition of 2030 and, according to him, they have also taken bribes for this.
The head of the DP claims that despite this, the Albanian government has withdrawn its support.
"You know what they've been doing lately? A shameful act that no country does. Ladies have promised Italy in writing that they will vote for the world exhibition in 2030. Go and bribe the other and withdraw their support. What kind of face do you have as a government? I have a sure source! History of shame. You gave it to him in writing.
