In some media it has been reported about the resignation of the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, after he was officially investigated by SPAK.
After the news, an immediate reaction came from Beci himself, who ridiculed the media.
He denied having resigned, as he stated in ironic tones that it was a secret that had to be revealed tomorrow.
"I don't know how the hell some portals found out that I resigned because it was a secret until tomorrow! And now that it came out, I'm also telling the reason: Tomorrow I will be elected President of America at the request of two other candidates, since I showed in Shkodër that I am agreeable to both parties", he wrote on social networks, while he did not say no word on SPAK investigations.
The mayor of Shkodra was also asked on Friday, November 1 about the news of his resignation, but he ignored the answer./ CNA
