"You are the only majority that in 34 years have thrown the two seats of the GJK into the trash. What example do you set for citizens who have a judicial conflict and resolve it with a court decision. Tell them if you like a court decision, implement it, if you don't like it, declare the Republic of Xhaçka and don't implement the court decision. This is the example you relay.

"The Venice Commission has told you what we have told you in this hall, what the Constitutional Court has said, that you cannot raise your independence or your freedom of vote when it comes to the decisions of the GJK. It cannot be considered as the imposition of a voting method, but the fulfillment of responsibility.
