The Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, at the same time the Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, declared today that the government will continue to support the public transport sector to make it possible to keep ticket prices unchanged for all citizens.

Balluku said that the support will continue for the months of August, September and October.

"As you are aware, with act 225 we have defined a compensation measure for all public transport companies, which was in force until August. During this period, 60 percent of the fund was withdrawn, due to the procedures and conditions that must be met. 

With today's act, the decision was made that this package will continue in the months of August, September and October. This is a package that the government has designed and will keep in force for the next three months, and it will not have an additional impact on the budget as it was foreseen at the beginning of the year in the anti-crisis package", said Balluku./ CNA. al
