Basha in Gaddafi's tent/ Artan Hoxha releases the footage and ironizes: Lul Basha was the rising star of the Balkans

Journalist Artan Hoxha has published footage of a meeting about 13 years ago between the former chief democrat, then Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lulzim Basha, and the former Libyan dictator, Muammar Gaddafi. 

The meeting took place in a desert area of ??Libya inside a makeshift tent. Hoxha was ironic when he wrote that Basha was the rising star of the Balkans.
