The deputy of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, in a statement to the media, directed 5 questions to the government, SPAK, regarding the incinerator affair.

In his statement, Kelliçi emphasizes that ordinary people are being punished today, while those who have stolen millions from Albanians have not yet been punished.

"E. Ç. a 42-year-old from Kukësi, was arrested in September 2015 after transporting some calves for which he did not have a tax invoice.

Barber TH, from Tirana, in September 2015, was arrested for not issuing a tax coupon after cutting or shaving customers.

Në disa qindra raste qytetarët shqiptarë janë arrestuar apo ndëshkuar për ‘mustaqet e Çelos’, pra për shkelje minimale.

Po i vodhe shtetit të Rilindjes 10 lekë për një qethje, të hedhin prangat, po përfitove qindra miliona euro nuk të gjen gjë, dhe drejtësia vepron ‘kur të qethen viçat’.

Ky është standardi i Edi Ramës së inceneratorëve dhe drejtësisë së reformuar, e cila me polici kap gjithë të mjerët e Shqipërisë, kurse me SPAK nuk kap asgjë.

Edhe pse kompania Integrated "Technology Services" ka ‘qethur e rruar’ qindra miliona euro të taksapaguesve shqiptarë, nuk i ka hyrë gjemb në këmbë. Madje Zoto-Mërtiri-Gugallja shpërblehen për këtë vjedhje me 80 mijë euro në ditë.

Ne jemi të habitur me këtë standard dhe duam të bëjmë 5 pyetje të thjeshta dhe sqaruese:

1. When the barber is jailed for cutting hair without VAT, what about the 'barbers' who shave millions and the realtors who move Edi Rama's money, why are they not affected?

2. Who is protecting them and who gives guarantees to Zotos - Gugalles - Mürtir?

3. Who is next to take the millions on the run?

4. Why so, when it is known that the incinerator, for which the money was given, does not exist?

5. Could there be any reason other than the fact that they share the money together?

This is the standard and injustice record of the Rama government.

Justice must do its duty, proving to Albanians that corruption is punished, both when it is done by the neighborhood barber and by the Prime Minister", said Kelliçi./ CNA.al
