Minister of State, Taulant Balla is participating in the 27th edition of the 'Symi Symposium', taking place on the island of Skiathos, Greece. This high-level event is organized at the special invitation of former Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and annually brings together political leaders, ministers, ambassadors, academics and prominent representatives of civil society.

Through a post on social networks, Minister Balla declares that this session, discussions will focus on key issues of security, peace and democracy, with the main theme: "Pandora's Paradox: Discovering hope in a troubled world. Building peace, democracy and sustainable societies.

In this session, discussions will focus on key issues of security, peace and democracy, with the main theme: “Pandora's Paradox: Discovering Hope in a Turbulent World. Building Peace, Democracy and Sustainable Societies.”

The symposium takes place at a time of great global challenges and aims to create a space for in-depth dialogue on critical issues such as democratic governance, preserving peace, and building strong societies in the face of contemporary crises.
