Today in the Laws Committee several draft laws were discussed for "spies" in high management positions and in the administration, where the DP of the stamp did not approve the presented drafts.

According to the former head of the Democratic Party of Vula, Enkelejd Alibeaj and the head of her group Gazment Bardhi, they cannot be approved as they do not comply with the standards set by the Venice Commission.

"Not because of a lack of desire, but you do not agree in the way you have structured your draft law. You have defined some former functions that should be penalized and secondly you have defined the ban time for the new functions.

In fact, we do not want to make the same mistake as in 2008. Today, thanks to the Venice commission, we have a law on how the lustration law should be.

"They will never vote on a draft law to introduce someone or to protect someone," said Alibeaj.

The change in the attitude of the Alibeaj and Bardhi duo has also attracted the attention of the socialist deputy, Toni Gogu, who says that he does not understand why they are scared since they cannot gather votes like a party secretary or a spy.

"The principles established by the Venice commission are clear. What I want to understand is the change in your attitude today. The division into three different attitudes comes from the fact that you tried to gather votes as clean young men and failed to gather votes, and today you come and want to sink the project we started to clean up politics, and you want to put it in the olive groves of technicality. , you cannot be as attractive as a party secretary and as a spy," said Gogu./ CNA
