After the clash in the Assembly, Enkelejd Alibeaj made the noise regarding the expulsion of MP Flamur Noka from the DP parliamentary group.

Alibeaj addressed the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, saying that she should not give legal explanations for Noka, as she stated that she does not determine who is a parliamentary group.

"You are not the one who determines who is a parliamentary group and who is a member. You must provide legal explanations. Here or in court. I also have this request, give each deputy the documents presented by the DP. We did not agree on the agenda, you know how it was voted at the Conference of Presidents. The Rules of Procedure require that MPs be given time. Lastly, we have systematically raised the draft laws submitted by the deputies, they should be taken into account", he emphasized.

But the Speaker "showed her the place", as she declared that she does not need Alibeaj's permission.

“I don't need your permission to provide the documentation. This intervention, Mr. Alibeaj, was inappropriate", emphasized Nikolla./ BA - CNA.al
