The court once again postponed the court session regarding the DP statute case, appealed by the impromptu opposition of Lulzim Basha.  

DP MP, Edmond Spaho, during an interview for A2CNN, has warned that he will not simply pass the situation if he decides in favor of Alibejat, as according to him, it could cause social unrest.

Spaho has stated that behind the scenes of this issue is to annihilate the opposition and for Rama to rule as "sole sultan".

"Today there is no one who doubts that DP is the Berisha Reestablishment group. 95% of former membership is in the Reestablishment group. However, do not be surprised that under political pressure, any kind of decision is made. That's why I don't put my hand in the fire. On the contrary, it will be a game with a lot of responsibility, first of all for Edi Rama and then for the court as it is not going to go so easily, it may even be a cause for social unrest. They are talking about the symbols of a political party and to completely annihilate the opposition. After that, let Rama rule as a single sultan here", said Edmond Spaho./ CNA.al
