The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a press conference, said that the appointment of Altin Duman at the head of SPAK was not just a victory for the ambassador, Yuri Kim.

Berisha said that Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj and their mafia organizations were hiding behind the votes for Duman's election.

"It was said that Governor Kim wins the battle. The battle was not with Kim but with the mafia organizations, those votes had Edi Rama on one side and Erion Veliaj on the other. What the Albanians saw was simply a curtain," said Berisha./ CNA.al
