Plenary sessions start with a "fight"/ Balla defends Ardian Dvoran

The plenary session of the Assembly started with debates on the candidate of the Constitutional Court, Ardian Dvorani.

PD MP Oerd Bylykbashi said that Dvorani cannot be part of the Constitutional Court, which was followed by the immediate reaction of the head of the SP group Taulant Balla.

"He who started his career by violating and demanding the punishment of those who sought freedom and democracy cannot be in the Court", said Bylykbashi.

Balla defended Dvoran, describing him as the champion of justice.

"The procedure is clearly defined on what basis the word is requested. The servant of the party secretary and his wife must wash his mouth 100 times before mouthing the name of the war against corruption announced by Blinken. Since he uses the word champion, he is a champion in the fight against corruption. As part of the agreement with the Lek party, the pulpit has a condition to attack an honest judge like Dvorani. It is unethical at the beginning of the session, where we have not yet gone to that issue, the competence of the assembly is not to enter into an assessment process that KED has done. We must respect the regulation. To evaluate the process that the KED has done and the personal attacks by the servants of the non grata, who attack allegedly in the name of the former class war, is not good for the health of the parliamentary work", said Balla./CNA.al
