The head of the PL, Ilir Meta, is alarmed about the level of education in Albania.

On the day of the teacher's holiday, Meta says that education indicators have worsened and sees this as a strong alarm signal.

He has declared the government the enemy of education, opportunities and the future of Albanian youth.

"The deterioration of education indicators in Albania is extremely worrying and a strong alarm signal.

According to Eurostat, Albania ranks last in the region in terms of the level of young people who complete secondary and higher education.

For 2021, Albania has deteriorated in this indicator, falling to 55.7% from 74% in 2010, while all the countries of the region have achieved significant improvements, compared to 2010.

This happens because the "Renaissance" gang has turned into an enemy of education, opportunities and the future of young Albanians.

Therefore, change is a necessity. We want to put an end to the difficult situation where Education is in Albania today. That's why we have decided to declare education the priority of the Freedom Party's priorities.
