Businessman Ilir Rrapaj testified at the Health Investigative Commission about the sterilization concession.

Rrapaj was asked by the socialist MP Petro Koçi if he would win the concession if Ilir Beqaj was not the Minister of Health.

Petro Koçi:  You said that you were in Italy for a long time.
