Elbasan has been chosen as the city where an Auto Moto Park will be built. Normal welcome, although I am skeptical about the place of construction and finalization, as well as about its impact in one of the poorest and most depopulated cities of Albania.

Even worse, it is being used very badly for electoral propaganda (because there is no deadline) and money robbery, since the preliminary amount of 11 million euros is said to have benefited from Rama's clients.

The investment is considered luxurious and represents the extreme of the illuminated facade of the municipality most poisoned and polluted by garbage (with the incinerator) in Albania.

The other extreme is the other side of the coin. This includes the "alla Bombay" suburban neighborhoods, where there is no sewage system and despite promises, not a single penny has been invested. Septic tanks make a name for these territories forgotten by the state.

The denunciation comes from Rrapishtja. The stream of Manasdere has been transformed into a dumping ground for all kinds of waste and covered by inert, brambles and spontaneous vegetation. Houses built with sweat sweat every day from heavy odors, dirt and the risk of infections.

None of them have an inch of sewer. No one hears their cries, instead they lure them with the false joy of the Auto Moto Park. Really good news among the septic tanks of the city!
