Journalist Klodiana Lala, in an interview for Euronews Albania, said that there is a possibility that Ervis Martinaj staged the event to avoid his opponents and to escape from the police.

However, Lala emphasized that there are doubts that the 40-year-old has been kidnapped and disappeared, given that his opponents have high potential and very large finances.

So the journalist emphasized that if it is proven that Martinaj has disappeared, according to her, this was not done without state support.

"If the next day the police and the prosecutor's office will confirm the track of the disappearance of Martinaj, the big fish of the world of crime, it cannot be done without the support of the state, and I mean here the law enforcement institutions", said the journalist.
