The court of Elbasan has ordered 'prison arrest' for 18-year-old Horgito Peqini, accused of murdering 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku on the evening of August 17 in Elbasan, as well as his accomplice Klaudjan Sallufi.

At the moment when the judicial body has determined the security measure of 'prison arrest', Beijing has started to laugh. The absence of family members of the two defendants was also noticed.

The two were handcuffed on August 22, on the outskirts of the city of Elbasan, while they were planning to escape from Albania.
