Horgito Peqini, the author of the murder of 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku, and his friend, Claudio Sallufi, have arrived at the premises of the Court of First Instance of Elbasan.

Pajtime Fetau will be the judge of the session, while the Prosecutor will be Arben Berexha, the lawyers will be chosen by the court.

The event took place on August 17, where Horgito Peqini, together with his friends, fought with 33-year-old Madrit Ulqinaku for weak motives.

According to the police, the arrest of Madri Ulqinak and his friend Claudio Sallufi came after negotiations with the family members .

Horgito Peqini, 18 years old, is the grandson of Eduard Peqini, the leader of the most dangerous gang in Elbasan in 1997, known as "Mandela of Elbasan". /CNA.al
