An attempted murder, which happened 3 months ago, in the village of Ballagat in Lushnja, is clarified and documented with legal evidence.

The two citizens with the initials MM, 28 years old and LH, 30 years old, both residents of Ballagat, tried to kill the 22-year-old MH for blood feud.

Specifically, the 30-year-old is the person who commissioned the murder, while the 28-year-old is the executor. The latter fired a firearm at the vehicle in which the target and his aunt were driving. The 60-year-old woman received a bullet in her leg from the shooting.

The orderer and the executor were arrested today by the police for this attempted murder.

The specialists of the Lushnja Police Station, in cooperation with those of the Section for the Investigation of Serious Crimes of the Fier Local Police Directorate, as a result of an intensive three-month investigative work, carried out with proactive methods, in cooperation with the Fier Prosecutor's Office, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Unwanted Consequence".

As a result of the evidence obtained in the framework of this operation, it became possible to fully clarify an attempted murder, which occurred on 30.03.2023, in the village of Ballagat, as well as the capture and imprisonment of the citizen MM, 28 years old. and LH, 30 years old, both residents of Ballagat, Lushnjë.

From the totality of the investigative actions carried out, it turned out that the citizen LH paid the citizen MM, to kill for reasons of blood feud, the citizen M. H, 22 years old (the father of the citizen MH is accused of killing the brother of the citizen LH) To fulfill the order of received, citizen MM fired a firearm at the vehicle in which citizen MH and his aunt, citizen BS, 60 years old, were driving. The 60-year-old woman was injured in the leg from the shooting.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
