The Supreme Court "dismisses" the appeal of Martinaj's family

The Supreme Court dismissed today the appeal of Ervis Martinaj's family members for the sequestration imposed on the assets of the gambling boss.

The relatives of the much-wanted man, who has been missing since August 2022, asked to lift the seizure of the 34 properties.

But like the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court did not accept the appeal.

This is because the court deems reasonable the suspicions that these properties, mainly in Fushëkuqe, Patok and Lezhë, were placed by illegal activity.
