The cause of death of the 48-year-old man who was found dead on 13.02.2023, near the Limuth stream, in Bëxulle, is revealed.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 48-year-old man died while he was consuming strong drugs, together with his friend, in the latter's apartment.

The citizen MH (the friend of the 48-year-old man) was put in handcuffs, after he did not report the incident to the Police, and transported the dead body of his friend from the apartment near the Limuth stream.

Sekuestrohen sende që dyshohet se janë përdorur nga këta shtetas, për konsumimin e lëndëve narkotike, në banesë, si dhe automjeti i përdorur për transportimin e trupit të pajetë të 48-vjeçarit.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimeve Ndaj Jetës në DVP Tiranë, pas ngjarjes së ndodhur në datën 13.02.2023, në afërsi të përroit të Limuthit, në Bërxullë, ku u gjet një kufomë e seksit mashkull, më një dokument identifikimi me gjeneralitetet E. T., 48 vjeç, kanë organizuar menjëherë punën për zbardhjen e rrethanave të ngjarjes.

Nga veprimet hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasi E. T., 48 vjeç ka ndërruar jetë gjatë kohës që ka qenë duke konsumuar lëndë narkotike kokainë dhe heroinë, bashkë me shokun e tij, shtetasin M. H., 47 vjeç, në banesën e këtij të fundit.

During the inspection in the residence of the citizen MH, the Police services have found and seized items that are suspected to have been used for the consumption of narcotics and the vehicle used by the citizen MH to transport the dead body.
