Two resorts in Saranda and two vehicles/ What assets were seized from those

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana discloses details of the seizure of the assets of the citizen EB, suspected to be derived from involvement in criminal activity

The EB citizen was sentenced in Italy to 21 years of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Drug Trafficking".

Nga analiza e fakteve dhe e dokumentacionit të administruar për sa i përket pasurive të shtetasit E.B., dhe familjarëve të tij, rezulton se ato nuk justifikohen nga pikëpamja ekonomike. Dyshimet mbi precedentët kriminalë të këtij shtetasi, kryerja e shumë transaksioneve në shitjen e pasurive të paluajtshme, krijojnë bindjen se janë investuar në ndërtimin e objekteve të cilat janë në proces legalizimi.

Konkretisht, Prokuroria Tiranë sekuestroi pasuritë e mëposhtme:

- Pasuria e poseduar nga shtetasi E. B., në qarkun Vlorë, njësia Delvinë adresa Vane, ndërtim pa leje aplikuar për legalizim;

- Pasuria e poseduar nga shtetësja F.B., në qarkun Vlorë, njësia Vergo, adresa Vane, ndërtim pa leje, aplikuar për legalizim;

- Subject no. (NUIS) L871..., EMIL-2018, with administrator citizen EB; and

- Declared assets of this subject: a truck and a trailer.

All these immovable properties are suspected to have been acquired by the person investigated EB, as a result of his involvement in the activity of production and sale of narcotics in Italy, where he also received the corresponding punishment./ CNA.al
