The former Minister of the Environment, Lefter Koka, has sent two requests to the Supreme Court to change the security measures for the Fier and Elbasan incinerator affair.

But it is learned that the Supreme Court has rejected the appeal, thus refusing to release the former minister from the cell.

We recall that previously Lefter Koka had asked GJKKO to remove the security measure from "prison arrest" to "house arrest" for the Fier incinerator.

But GJKKO overturned this request and then he turned to the Supreme Court, which also refused to ease the security measure.

The former minister wants to get out of the cell with the claim that he has health problems.
